Albert Chan (S.M. 1999, Ph.D. 2004) is featured in "#2 Pencil," a 35-minute film premiering at Paradise Rock Club (967-969 Commonwealth Ave., Boston) on Tuesday, May 24, at 8 p.m. According to Chan, he plays a dorky high school kid, which he admits might not be considered acting. "I assure you," he wrote, "I perform all my own stunts." The Paradise show includes performances by the band Cherry S/T, which contributed original music to the film.
