Albert’s feature-length science-based screenplay Incarnations has been selected for second-round consideration for the Sundance Institute‘s 2020 Development Track of its Feature Film Program. Incarnations is under consideration for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab, Sundance Screenwriters Intensive, Sundance Institute Asian American Fellowship, and Sundance Institute Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship and Commissioning Grant (for projects with scientific and/or technological content).
Incarnations, written by Albert and creatively produced by Alice Cox Neff, is about a grieving biologist who discovers startling scientific evidence revealing the fate of his deceased four-year-old son, launching him on a spiritual quest where life meets death.
Final selections for the 2020 Development Track will be made by December 16, 2019.
