Albert has been cast in a New York Theatre Workshop reading of playwright Ying Ying Li’s new play THIS COULD BE YOU, which will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 3pm. Colette Robert will direct a cast that includes Ashil Lee, Cindy Cheung, Shannon Tyo, Daniel Pearce, and Max Woertendyke.

Ying Ying Li is a part of NYTW’s 2050 Artistic Fellows, a cohort of generative artists who author or direct new theatrical works. The 2050 Fellowship is named in celebration of the U.S. Census Bureau’s projection that by the year 2050, there will be no single racial or ethnic majority in the United States. The 2050 Fellows are early-career artists who, with their unique voices, give us perspective on the world in which we live and who inspire us all to contend with this changing world.
